Classroom RenovationOn behalf of Building Asset Services (BAS), we completed a classroom renovation project at Charters Towers State School.

Concrete PathAs part of a residential renovation project, we designed, set and poured a concrete path adjacent to the side of the granny flat.

Awning Design and ConstructionWe worked with Emma at Townsville Integrated Health Care Precinct to design an awning to protect the rooftop air conditioning plant equipment. In addition, we completed waterproofing works for the Currajong building.

Concrete HardstandWe designed, set up and poured a concrete hardstand area for a Townsville residence.

Disabled Access Ramp InstallationThe project included the installation of a disabled access ramp, railings and awning at Bluewater State School. To accommodate this project, we relocated existing services.

Salon Shop FitoutWe completed the shop fit out for Family Nails in Parkside Plaza, including the installation of salon chairs, plumbing, cabinetry and painting works.

Flood Restoration WorksWe worked with the tenant, landlord and insurer to complete flood resortation works for a boutique in Ingham. These works included comprehensive waterproofing.

Commercial Building RefurbishmentWe completed commercial refurbishment works at Toyo Tires in Garbutt, Townsville. Works included waterproofing, painting and signage restoration.
