G'day. I'm Ilija Kristo the owner of IK Building and Construction. With over 20 years experience in building and construction, I enjoy balancing the commercial aspect of the business with my role on the tools. The means that each client is dealing directly with me - the builder.
I have a reliable team of tradespeople, apprentices and sub-contractors who support me to deliver exceptional quality and professional building services to our clients. Our experience includes working with residential, commercial and government clients to deliver building projects on time and on budget. We are based in Townsville, however happy to travel across north and west Queensland as clients require. In addition to the residential and commercial work we offer, we are also registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to provide modifications for approved clients. I have built my reputation on quality, honesty and reliability. The team I employ have all been recruited based on their commitment to these same values.
