Receptionist job now available in Townsville. 

The full time position is a traineeship position ideal for someone who wants to build a career in construction or business in Townsville.

We are looking for an office trainee to be our receptionist, administration assistant, all round great communicator and client greeter in our busy construction office in Townsville.

The successful candidate will have:

• Great results in year 12 English
• Be a great communicator (verbally and written)
• Be highly organised
• Have a great attitude
• Able to take direction
• Friendly and polite
• Able to give exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Willing to complete an office administration traineeship
• Car licence and own car

The position is:

• Full time (38 hours per week)
• Certificate 3 in Office Administration
• Paid in accordance with the National Training Wage
• 12 month (nominal) contract

If successful, you will be:

• Working in a busy office in Garbutt
• Collecting and posting mail
• Making coffee and tea
• Cleaning and tidying the office
• Working as part of a growing construction team
• Completing a Certificate 3 in Office Administration
• Operating a computer
• Attending to emails
• Typing reports and proposals
• Data entry
• Answering the phone
• Other duties as directed
